Rear sprocket bolt torque

That's the only spec I've ever run across and what I use. The bolts have those locking tab strips under them so shouldn't come loose. Make sure you anti-seize the bolts, they can seize up if you don't. The bolt holes open into the brake drum so are exposed to all sorts of brake dust and water.
 
Mama Yamaha's Factory manual says 22 ft-lbs. I go with that.
