Looks like I’m off to read the carb guide again. Had BS38s they were rough but got them to run. Had issues returning to idle. Had some extra money laying around so I went and bought some Mikuni VM34s. Same problem. Throttle cable isn’t binding. Let me say this is also punched to a 750cc due to bad sleeves. Since I now have these VM 34s I’m dead set on using them. The air/mixture screw for idle is only a 1/2 turn out to get around 13/1 AFR. I’m using a gauge. Have a O2 sensor on a slip on. So I downsized my pilot jet. What jet sizes? I’m having issues with my eyes lately. I used some micro drill bits to pick a smaller pilot jet. Are the jets sized by the hole in the end? Occasionally, at start up, it will take off and rev high as hell.
