Sold / Found / Inactive - (Sale Pending) Stalled XS650 Project/parts hoard for sale

Selling my XS650 Project/parts pile, I've been holding onto this thing for far too long and my priorities in life have changed meaning unfortunately I no longer have the time, desire or room to continue with trying to build this bike. I've had this for 12 years so I'll try to list off as much as I can remember, I'd rather not sell parts individually and am I'm willing to deliver within reasonable distance in eastern Canada.
Asking 1500$ CAD

• 2 1978 XS650 frames with papers, the bare frame has been media blasted and primed
• 1 rebuilt engine, vapor honed cases, 0.5mm oversized pistons, new timing chain and guides, new clutch friction plates and springs, 1 piece clutch pushrod, new oil pump
• 1974 TX750 wheels/hubs, polished with new spokes and bearings
• new (purchased spring 2025) Shinko Trail Pro SR241 tires 3.50-19 and 4.00-18
• TX750 swingarm with needle bearing conversion
• 35mm fork has tapered head bearings, new Niche fork tubes, polished lowers and Mikes XS fork valves
• 2 Pandemonium Brembo brake adapter kits and calipers
• Speedmotoco Mid rearset kit
• Mikuni VM34 carbs
• multiple gas tanks in various conditions but should all hold fuel, 1978 XS650 (very dented but not rusted), 1975 Honda CB500t, 2 XS750, 1975 dt400, 1971 RT360 and an unknown Kawasaki tank.
• 3 spare incomplete engines
• 2 engine stands on dollies, one is a TC Bros. and the other is home made
• 3 totes with various parts, engine/transmission internals, crank parts, multiple sets of xs650 carbs
• extra front fork and spoked 19" wheel not pictured

Your bike looks the bees' knees in its current configuration, and that CB500T really looks at home on there. Good luck with your very reasonably priced sale!

Thanks it's just mocked up as is, my initial plan was to put an XS750 tank and go the "café racer" route, then I got the DT400 tank and thought about making a Scrambler, then back to café and so on for the last 10 years. I really wish I could have stayed focused and finished it but I never could find the time and other priorities came along. I thought of trying to recoup a little bit of money by parting things out but at this point I just need everything gone, hopefully someone who has the time and energy can make one or 2 bikes out of it all this, or use what they need for their own project and sell the rest. The cost of Vapor honing the cases and the parts to rebuild the engine alone cost me about 1500$ .......such is life I suppose, time to move on.

How far east.... i have a nephew in Toronto area that builds bikes and loves the early yamahas.... I bring this to his attention

Sorry I should have been more specific "willing to deliver within the Maritimes" I'm about a 15 hour drive from Toronto, so a 30 hour round trip hauling a trailer would be too far. I'd be willing to Drive to the Quebec Border or thereabouts.
