Setting up a Newtronic ignition on a 277

I had to take the photo sensors off the adjusting board because the screw bosses were broken off. I guess due to age heat and no telling what else. Are you steel JB weld and it seems to be holding pretty well. And I have a pretty good idea of where they were to begin with, but it’s going to take some fine-tuning. I was wondering if anybody had the documentation for setting it up properly on a 277 rephrase.

I’m in process of adding LEDs to help with finding exact trigger of both. Should b able to add just LEDs n resistors to the outputs base drive signals. Should have been factory.

I have a NOS Newtronic for a factory setup. Not sure if it would help with a 277 rephase, but I posted copies of that paperwork in the attached thread below.

Does anyone have a set of BU941Z output transistors for the newtronic module?
Pretty sure at least one of them is toast and the other might be compromised.
These have been obsolete for quite a few years. I can find some without the Z suffix but that might not be sufficient, lacking a clampling zener.
