Shifter bolt fight

This bolt was hanging things up. It's strange shape has to fit inside the bracket or it sits up a few mm causing a jam. It's a tight fit and the shifter just does miss the bolt by a hair once in right.

Is it hitting there ?

I remember getting one from Heiden tuning with the axle and upward pointing that one

not being in a 90 degrees angle
Got no answer from Heiden So I Put it in a vice smacked it with a large hammer

Just saying its one possibility can be something else in this case there are adjustments possible per Service Manual
