The gray one is used. The black one appears to be NOS. 1 fairing wind screen as well and also appears to be NOS.

I'd like $75 for the gray and $200 for the black with the wind screen.

Whatever shown in the photos is all there is.

Pretty sure all you do is tighten the clamps after you put around the bars. And the clamps are in the photos.
