I'm builing the frame myself. It's a big undertaking. Had a machine shop build the steering neck for me, and a friend lent me his pipe bender so I could make the new frame members. Slowly coming together. Renovated our basement so I haven't worked on it much in the past month.

Thanks for the pics! How did you insure that the neck is perfectly straight? What forks are you planning to use? Sorry for all the questions. I am just trying to think ahead on mine.
 
looks like you've been paying attention to Mule's builds; Not a bad thing to pay attention to; He knows what he's doing.
 
I clamped some square tubing down the sides of the frame to the steering neck. I made the front lower mount first to help center it. I ground out the top of the down tube to fit the steering neck. Then welded it, while all the pieces were held tight.
