Don't worry about the old grumps, we're here to help.
Feel free to return and ask questions when the need arises.
Yes when dealing with an old bike especially one with a "hacker for a PO" fun WILL ensue.
As always long descriptions and PICTURES really speed up the process.
PS Hope the health issues improve or at least abate.

Hey guys...

I want to replace some wiring in my '79 special. It's a thin, stranded gauge. Would someone advise me what to use?

Vintage Connections has every gauge wire of every color on the bike.
It’s my opinion that Cycle Terminal has better quality connectors but he doesn’t have the wire.

Hey, all...

I am replacing some of the connections behind the headlamp - aka the spaghetti monster - and I am wondering if these connectors will work. They bridge the current among three wires, which is what I need, but I want to be sure they won't crack or shake loose from the vibrations of the bike. They are plastic. Would one of you let me know, and it they don't do the job please point me toward what will.

Thanks.

:agree: I use new bullet connectors that match the yamaha bullet size where needed.
Hah, I had thought that the bullet connectors in my assembly were jury-rigged replacements. Since I can't find the female connectors for those bullets. Maybe you could point me in the right direction?
