I'm currently on the hunt for the one-piece king and queen seat and a sissy bar to attach to the back of my '81. I would appreciate any help and I would love to do business with you if you have one. :)

I have a king/queen seat but no sissy bar. It's in great shape with no rips or tears. A little surface rust on the pan but nothing serious. Pics attached. PM if interested.

My seat's gone unfortunately, but I do have the sissy bar for the '80 and up specials.
Gimmie a few and I'll get some pics up.

This sissy bar came mounted on my '80 along with the king & queen seat pictured above. It was made for the '80 and up Specials. Very minor rust in spots. Will clean up like new. PM me if you're interested.

Do the tall king and queen seats like you posted need these to support the back of them? I’m curious if it’s necessary because I thought I saw a gutted one with a metal pan running up it but I’ve also seen seats from the factory with tags that say they need a sissy bar.

Don't know the answer to that.

Yes

At this point, I'm just looking for the '80+ king and queen seat with the padded sissy bar part. Like Jim's "I see you" seat.

I managed to find a good OEM-looking chrome tube sissy bar that rises about two and a half or three feet up and has a good-looking arch at the top. It also is coming right off of the back of an '81 so I know it'll fit.

I have for sale a one piece King Queen seat with sissy bar. Problem is I am in southern Mn.

I had the one piece K&Q seat on my 650 when I dragged it out of some old lady's basement. I wanted a flat seat and decided to cut it down. I was impressed on how well built and reinforced it was. It didn't need a sissy bar for support.
