Also a peek at the Tahoe that's been taking up so much of our free time at/after work

What's the deal with the Tahoe? Off-road/BAJA or stealth street-racer?
Owner has fallen hard for autocrossing and wants to get involved with track days and hill climbs. Has a truck right now he was using that he wasn't real happy with needing suspension and brake work to get right and more power to get competitive. Plus he wanted something he could get his kids in, so he bought a Tahoe and told us to go wild. So we designed a chassis that'll fit 13 inch wide tires at all four corners, moved the engine back nearly a foot for better weight distribution, four inch ride height. Has a quick change independent rear axle, 7 speed BMW dual clutch transmission, and a 8,000rpm 900hp supercharged engine.

Holy  Go big or go home.

Things happened through very little fault of my own. Have a four barrel carb mounted to the supercharger now thanks to Jeff here at work. He's a way better welder than I am so he did this while I was wiring on his Jeep Commando.

Old intake and carb off this morning gonna see what we can do on the head side of the manifold today. Did make the amusing discovery that the carburetor that was in the engine when I got it has a 42.5mm throttle butterfly. One of them. Might be why the owner of the full size truck this came out of was complaining of a lack of power.
