Yeah, I'll keep the thread alive as long as people are still paying attention to itWill we also get treated to the body finishing?
Looking at your car reminds me of the Type 35 Bugatti I did a couple of years ago. It was an amazing piece of craftsmanship and I was thrilled to be able to restore a car that was only repainted once before and had never been damaged. All aluminum and built waaaaaay before Bondo.I'm here seam welding and straightening up the tail so I can finish the underside of the tail and I had an idea. I could put some red LEDs up in the tail so they can shine through the louvers as brake lights. I'm not sure I'll do it, I've never had any plans or provisions for any lights on the car so I'd have to add the switch and the circuit. It's an idea though.
Those are iconic and definitely a source of inspiration.Looking at your car reminds me of the Type 35 Bugatti I did a couple of years ago. If you do a search of "Brumos, inside the 59 Bugatti type35" You may find the short video of the car. Those are iconic and definitely a source of inspiration.
Are you kidding? I'm sure I'm not the only one around here who's been following your progress from the start. I'm waiting to see your car in full paint (of course, that's up to you), and a video of you tearing up the track (besides your video running around the parking lot). Like my Uncle Yoda said: "...Do, or do not. There is no try." Keep up the great work, and documentation. I'm lovin' it!I'll keep the thread alive as long as people are still paying attention to it
