Swingarm bushing

hey everyone - I've been reading a lot of these threads about the bronze bushings/reaming/honing to get the pivot sleeve to fit. the ID of my bronze bushings after being pressed into the swingarm are about 21.75mm. I would have to take off about .25mm + ~.03mm for clearance.

best ideas to do this? much appreciated!

That's huge. Have you tried putting the sleeve into the bushing?
Adjustable reamer is all I can think off.

i didnt fit the sleeve through the bushing before putting into the swingarm. I bought the bushings from Mike's...didnt think i needed to.

I suppose they could be knocked back out and cleaned-up on a lathe. Accurate, straight and smooth.

I used an adjustable reamer from Amazon, couple light passes and fit perfect.
