With 13 old dudes, I think we ride 150 to 200 miles each day. I put 350 miles on mine, and I had to sit it out on Thursday. I rode a half day on Wednesday. I don't think anybody went independently. Some rode fast, some more sedate. We get in order and wait at each turn.Great pics Marty.
How many miles do you think were put on each bike on avaerage? Were there splinter rides, whereby groups split off and covered more territory, or did their own thing?
Yes. They put us all together. The '75 got a screw in the tire. We had the tube patched. Same bike also kicked the carburetors out of the manifolds. They don't like to start and run that way.Great photos... thanks... I enjoyed the event last year. There was discussion about the camp site putting everyone together for this year... did that happen... And............... what's the story about the 75'.. or 74' missing the rear wheel.. flat... any other mechanical gremlins... ?
Ohio rider finally quit hiding his fine example tonight

As a side note to the trip north from Mountain View, the sky went from sunny to grey in northern Iowa from the Canadian wildfire smoke on Sunday and was grey and smelled of smoke all the way from Mankato MN to Sheboygan WI. That must be a helluva fire or fires.343 mi tomorrow to Sheboygan without a codriver.
