Fwiw, I didn't use the copper washers on my SG and it's never leaked.
Never understood Yammy logic here, they're all blind holes... shouldn't need a crush washer.

Bolt Depot has stainless fasteners for penning of what Ace wants. They ship fast too.

The 40 is a thru hole, but only to the other side of the bottom case half, to the area where the starter goes. Regardless, I spent time making extra washers so I had spares, might as well use them.

I try to contribute where I can. Figured there's no way on Odin's green Midgard I'm the only one needing to know these bolt lengths.

I don't think anyone has listed the three screws that fit in the camshaft oil seal carrier yet. The standard screws are countersunk JIS and can be a problem to remove. I fitted M6 x 16 countersunk Allen screws in their place. The serrated washer used under the JIS screw heads are reused on these. I think it's a good upgrade if you're in there replacing the oil seals.

I came across this thread while searching for info on my XJ750 carbs. It has the Hitachi HSC32 carbs on it which I'm in the middle of rebuilding. I know the shaft seals are the same as these carbs and the part number is 13651-51011.

I'm wondering if the o-rings that go on the fuel supply tubes between the carbs are the same as my carbs and if anyone knows the size of them? The part number for my bike is Yamaha 93210-07180-00. I have a set of Viton o-rings from Harbor Freight and was trying to figure out the closest size to use.

I have sloppy levers. The clutch lever needs an o'ring on the bottom. Same for the brake? Either way, I'd like the spec on that o'ring.

Secondly, spec on the bushing for the lever would also be helpful. @5twins, have you posted all that and my search ability failed?
