So despite the norda being ongoing, I picked up another project. A 1987 ysr50, it's currently ugly, and will be getting a few upgrades. Biggest is a zongshen 250cc counterbalanced 6 speed, next will be grom wheels with a brake upgrade. Debating grom or z125 forks with a better rear shock.

Definitely going to need the racing bros lowering tube kit for the grom forks. I knew I probably would, and I bought these forks mainly for the lower lugs. You either need a stock set or aftermarket. The stock dirty but straight forks were under $200, aftermarket lowers are over $500.

Well the off the shelf caliper brackets on amazon are indeed garbage. They don't clear the rotor mount bolts for 1, and 2 they are for full size radial calipers. So with a little cutting, a few tapped holes and some aluminum angle I had, I can now get the measurements to make my own bracket for the bybre caliper.
