Made new pins. I did scrap 3 of them, the 1.2mm drills are rather fragile. Had much better luck once I changed pulleys on the mill and ran a little over 2000rpm.
Just an illusion, I checked them at 3 points to make sure they were straight. In that pic pin third from the bottom looks tapered, is it just an illusion?

That's a deal. Here I can buy and own just about any size bottle. But space and cost are a consideration."Torches vary wildly in price around me. Mostly from high, to I could buy new for that."
Here in Montreal you have to rent cylinders unless they are the smallest ones, which you can either own outright or rent. I have the small ones, which I own. Got my oxyacetylene torches, regulators, the small bottles and a cart from a neighbor who was moving, in a hurry, I think! He wanted $25, which struck me as reasonable under the circumstances.
Yeah, me tooooo.I need to clean my bench off

I'm leaning towards the mini manx tank because it has a little more bulk and the cb engine is bigger than the norton or triumph twins. Plus I do have the 43mm forks, so the front is a little bulkier. I do like both, but with the cost only 1 will be bought.Yeah, me tooooo.
I like the Short Circuit Manx tank...![]()
That's nice. The turbo kit is cool, but I'm not sure I'd want to deal with the associated tuning hassles. Some ideas for you from
