Wanted - TITLED NECK

Since the Vermont loophole is done, I have a couple frames here that are clean, but I can't get a title because NY is horrible. If anyone has a clean title that matches the neck let me know. I'm interested in purchasing about 3 titled necks for builds. I've also run into where I have a title and it's from 3 owners ago, but was never signed and NY is horrible with that to. So prefer in the sellers name.

saints in tennesee still does titles. just had one done for a hot rod. not cheap, but it works.

Me too. Saints titled my CL77. Cost about $400 last year.
