Today marks

[Downeaster]

the completion of my 75th trip around the Sun.

Given my genetic inheritance (Mom passed at 41-heart attack, Dad passed at 66-blood clot) and my youthful indiscretions, that's something of a miracle.

Two of my three older brothers are still around and the oldest is 90, so chances are I'll be around for a while yet.
