It does have kind of a dragster vibe to it. I think he might have been trying to mimic a rather famous chopper, Exile Choppers trike he built for the TV series Biker Build Off,

Dang I could use that with one modification, load the rear tires with calcium like tractor tires, then ride around to smooth out my lawn!
Or even better get some sheet steel rolled to fit snug over the tires before airing them up then once inflated they will hold nice and tight!
True. Instead of one stripe up the middle of your back, you'd get a nice, even coat up your....coat.
I can envision a set of fenders that would look okay on that tho.
