Twin discs

FWIW, I have and have had an Eleven Special for many years. It has twin brakes up front weighing in at around 20 lbs. That bike has twice the HP of the 650 and weighs 100 lbs more. The extra unsprung weight is noticeable on rough pavement or when pushing the bike hard. I’ve equipped mine with Traxxion Dynamics springs, Race Tech emulators and a fork brace. It’s as good as it gets. Point is, extra unsprung weight can make make a significant impact on how the bike drives. It may be insignificant, all depending how you operate it.

Yeah, I'm interested in hearing what bolts on best. Disc offset is something I have no idea about what's compatible with my US import 77 650D.

Back in the day I had a 650C with smaller twin discs as it was a UK bike. It stoppied something amazing.

EBC makes some nice ones. IMHO be sure to get the "Vintage" version...they have another version that has kind of a silver disc center...not as much a fan of that look on these older bikes. I have a similar Vintage version on my KZ1000.
