Yup, there’s no doubt about it - the Square Four layout can have some issues around temperature. That’s why liquid cooled variants were more successful. An example is the Suzuki RG500 race bike. I don’t need know a lot about it but the RG500 produced a huge amount of power from a very compact power plant and stood up quite well to the abuses of the race circuit.

The best cream donuts I ever ate were from a little shop in Foxton, Manawatu. Each week our class went from Tokomaru to Foxton for metalwork and woodwork class (Form 1 and 2: Age 12 - 13).

Had a great time at the Mike Pero Southern Classic last weekend. Here are some of the photos of two strokes that were there.
This event has become the best classic race meeting in the country around 300 entered, Friday practise, then racing sat and sun.

It listed in the programme as a TZ 750 apart from that I have no clue. I took a few other photos for ideas on rear sets and triple clamps.

Yes Max Pete loads of them. I took about 50 photos of 2 strokes some have multiple bikes in them and I didn't get them all as they were out on the track.
