Of interest mainly to UK folks who want to buy carburettor jets. Allens Performance have closed. I found them difficult to deal with but they were the "go to" people in the UK for Mikuni and Keihin carburettor jets. Who can we use now?

There's two firms I can recommend, however, neither of them are supplying OEM carb jets. I have used both companies and they supply quality parts. I'm posting for information and have no connection to either company. I have used both companies for Mikuni and Keihin parts.

Firstly, KMT Products are a machining company who are CNC machining carburettor jets here in the UK. They're easy to deal with on their website or in their eBay store. The jets I have used are without doubt OEM quality. The picture below is Mikuni jets I received today. I am using their Keihin jets in my CVK34 carburetors.

Secondly, NRP Carbs. They stock Keyster branded parts and kits. A much wider range of available parts than KMT Products stock. Keyster kits can be supplied with your choice of jets, you aren't stuck with jets you can't use. I have been happy with Keyster parts so far. They've all been Japanese made and I haven't had any issues with using them.

Hope that helps UK owners. I don't know where to buy Mikuni and Keihin OEM parts in the UK now that Allens Performance have closed. I hope the above helps.

I have used them 2 years ago

Bra i Gasen in Sweden

I am not Qualified to know if Original but I believe so .And parts arrived quick without problems.

Its a clever company name

The expression "vara i gasen" is Swedish slang that means someone is in a good mood, excited, very talkative or drunk. The word "gasen" in this case refers to alcohol or general joie de vivre
But it is also have meaning " Gasen " the Throttle
the gas which have meaning in carburetors Bra translates Good

Not sure if it attracts customers .But But But What do I Know

That's very helpful info for us guys in the UK. I've recently had to use MikuniOz for jets and they were great to deal with, but its good to know there's places in the UK that do quality jets. I've also bought from an Ebay seller who sells what seem to be EBC jets and these seem good quality too, though I've no way of qualifying that comment. I used to use a Merseyside based Mikuni supplier, who shall remain nameless, but he is a difficult person to deal with, sends you the wrong parts, and can be quite sarcastic when you point out his error. So other suppliers are always welcomed.

Thanks for the comment. That's why I didn't recommend the supplier on Merseyside that you elude to. Expensive, difficult to deal with and I wouldn't recommend. Last time I asked for a price for stuff he gave me a silly price and then wouldn't explain what was included and what wasn't! (I actually found Allens were the same, I'm not especially sorry they went out of business).

I have ordered from MikuniOz myself. Last week in fact. They are very good and I would recommend them myself if there's stuff you need and can't get anywhere else.

Heiden Tuning in the Netherlands offer some decent carburettor stuff but their minimum shipping fee makes small orders uneconomic.
