So, last one wasn’t right.
I had the rectifier and regulator wrong and I couldn’t figure out exactly how that main switch worked. (Yes, still learning)
Pretty sure I have it now.
Btw, I’m sticking to my current setup and just doing the rewiring. If I go with a new CDI (electronic ignition system), according to experts, I would also have to buy (or make) a new reg/rec. And then people start advising more updates ‘while I’m at it’ and buy a new PMA.
Maybe next year.
For now I’m sticking with the Newtronic, until, of course, it turns out it’s cooked and I have to buy something new.
Testing the new wiring next week.
