Yes, it's made for an XS650... any year. THIS IS THE MOUNT ONLY!! NO FAIRING.
It's straight with no cracks. Might be missing a bolt or washer or such, but you get the gist... the big pieces to mount it are there except for the U bolts. You can get those at about any auto or hardware store.
Will need paint.
The Vetter fairing had lots of clones made of it back in the 70's and 80's. As far as I know, this should fit any of 'em.
