Hey guys, first post. Have a shop in CT. Recently started building a 650 for a customer and quickly learned the cult following these machines have! Anyways I am up for any fab or machining needs out there. Sheetmetal, frame, milling, turning etc. Fabricating a few 200 hardtail kits as well. Pics below. Thanks!

Can you do a really short rear seat loop? I want to slice off the ass end just behind that cross over support of the seat. Keep all the flat sections where the shocks go and all. A slight kick up also. I know all I'm doing is loosing about an 1" or 2" but hey its all about the custom. Something with plugs inserts. I'm okay if you need to make it out of a few pieces to get that tight turn. once smoothed and powder coated it will disappear.

I'm gonna slice of my tail end and see first if I don't screw it up that bad. Not sure if it will be tight enough. I think to get the right curve it may need to be a couple pieces.

I had to add in a piece to keep the right width. I came straight out.
