Bold Iconoclast or Befuddled Senior?
Looking at a set of crusty rusty vibration scarred fenders, plus my two can inventory of metallic red Rustoleum, I took the plunge.

Earlier messing with rattlecans had this side cover and tank on the shelf. In my view, the tank needs to be red to match the fenders, but silver side covers may set it off nicely.
I have a standard tank getting the metal rescue treatment that I will spray up today or tomorrow. Results will be posted.
Note: No factory painted tins were harmed in this exercise.
