Needed some distilled water for my engine coolant and was skunked. Again. Not sure who is buying all that up.
Meat section was looking pretty empty, and our usual Christmas ham was more than 2x the regular price. There was a long list of items that were limited two/customer at the checkout.
I miss 2019.

Yeah, I noticed the lack of spray paint too.
A good source of distilled water is a dehumidifier or one of those modern clothes dryers. I just dumped 2 liters from the dehumidier, very damp day in Cardiff.
My dehumidifier is my go-to in the summer. No need for it here in the Winter. I usually have to run a humidifier 24/7 inside the house when it gets cold.

I amassed about 20 gallons of distilled water from the dehumidifier before I stopped collecting it.
I don't have a car on the road at the moment, so don't need it for the cooling system.
My bike batteries are now all AGM.
I'm not doing any wet photography, so don't need it for a final rinse.
Can't think of anything else I was using it for.
All the same though, the cost of distilled water locally is stupidly high, so I'm inclined to collect more just in case

One of my local grocery stores had a refrigerator failure last week. New York Strip steaks $7.99/pound. That makes a 12 oz strip right about $5.50. My granddaughters like steak, my daughters like steak, We like steak though we eat less now, so I loaded up. Toilet paper aisle was empty though...

I can't find Raisin Bran here in the frozen north anywhere for like 2 weeks now.

-34* C this morning.

QTips...cant find them anywhere...Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese...short stock to none...other brands limited quantities...NYC Bagel shops have been feeling the pinch...
