What's the easiest/cheapest state to get a title?

In TX with a bill of sale I can get a 'bonded title' and put up a bond for the value of the vehicle.

In other states it's easier or harder to get titles - some it's basically impossible and others it can be trivial.

Anyone know which states are easiest to get a non stolen frame legally titled?

NH if it's older than 25years you just pay like 35 bucks and you have a title mailed to you in a few days.
