Mother Nature is going to slip in a few cool ones this week, while I'm working, as luck would have it. I'm going to have to make a plan for late September through the first of November. The nice weather goes by too fast.
Well, our weather girl was wrong. Again. No kidding. She can never get it right.
She promised us some rain and cooler weather (95F / 35C) for this week.
Nope. Gonna be 108F (40+C, I don't bother calculating it if it's above 40, it's just plain hot).
Now she's telling us that we'll see 90s next week. Yeah, I've heard that one before! Not gotta let her bamboozle me again.
It'll get cooler when it gets cooler.

The joys of having a huge walnut tree next door. Dozens of squirrels both black and grey harvesting non stop.
Trying to sell my red Sportster (need the $$$ for other projects) so I rode it to work this week and stuck a for sale sign on it. The two mile ride was pleasant enough in the mornings, high 60s to low 70s, but going home at 2:30 was much less so, mid 90s by then. Should hit 98 today. No rain in sight, sigh.
Another shitty day in paradise
Labour Day is invariably when you get the first hint of fall in Montreal; under blue skies with only scattered clouds, we hit a high today of 17 * C / 63 * F and are expected a low of 7 * C / 45 * F overnight.
Last night cool, down to about 4°C. Today forecast to be sunny across Scotland with afternoon temps about 15-16°C. Rain spreading from the West shouldn't arrive here in the East until much later.
Somewhat foggy/ hazy, here at the southern end of the Dublin Bay, Ireland. Bobbing around waiting for some 3rd party people to join the ship, before going to the survey area (so no bike riding for me anytime soon)
Weather dont matter for now; all three of my bikes are toast!

Francine has cooled us off and ended our drought. It will now be wet for several days. I put the XS650G on the lift and started the service check.
The days are getting cooler and the nights are drawing in. This morning felt cold and there was frost on all the parked cars.
Been out on the Bullet couple times today and the good news is there's no salt been shovelled out. The other good news is the weather's supposed to be a bit warmer over the next few days. But an unwelcome reminder as Naughty Girl and I passed three large trucks laden with salt this morning.
