Today was OK, 31F with very light snowfall, also we got power back for the first time since 7am Sunday. Nashville is a disaster, I got an inch of snow followed by some sleet then a half inch of freezing rain followed by a good bit of actual rain then more sleet and snow. On my 3/4 acre property I have 7 limbs down larger around than my thigh plus one full tree down but luckily nothing on the lines to my house. Ended up with more than an inch of solid ice on my driveway that me and my boys chipped off piece by piece because there has been about 4 hours above freezing since Saturday. Went through a bunch of candles and 100 pounds of propane just keeping the house livable but we're out the other side.
Honestly we got off lucky here, the other side of town got 3/4 inch of freezing rain and made out even worse, even now something like 15% of the customers in Nashville are without electric.
