Windscreen advice

Any advice on finding a windscreen for a 1979 XS650 Special? Have looked on Cycle Gear and Revzilla, but would like to know what brand and type actually fits the bike and looks the part.

Hello @jlee51 and welcome from Virginia. I have tried an old windshield (no longer made) from one an illustrious member here and bought a tiny bug screen from Amazon. The 9" bug screen is only useful for aesthetics. You can sort of see it below.

After my own research, the windshield @jetmechmarty recommends above is also the one I recommend, especially for winter riding.
