Wiring help

Hey guys need some help, I know there are wiring diagrams. I'm new to bikes and do not really understand wiring. I got a new wiring harness from a running bike. Everything mostly matches up. There are few wires on the bike side that do not have plugs and I need to know where and what wires are from. Please help.

Not easy
Red is usually +12 V
Red and Yellow is usually + 12 V but through Switch -- Coil ?
Brown I believe is also + 12 V
the 3 wire connector can be Charging regulator but the Colors are wrong
Black Ground
Pink and Brown --Horn ?
What year and type machine ? Stock ?

1981 yamaha xs650, the connector is for the pickup just do not have the plug from the pickup so I do not know which wire goes to what.

I believe this is the plug you’re looking at? according to the diagram for the ‘81.
