Wanted - WTB misc. bits for a 1975

The biggest difference I see from the diagram is my system has a crossover pipe. This pipe fixes the radial orientation of the mufflers

Here is how my headers are fixed to the frame

75 did not have a crossover pipe. Can you share a side profile of your bike and we can asses what pipes you actually have? Does your center stand fully retract with those pipes?

Definitely not the correct mufflers for a 75. What is interesting is that the headers may be correct, but the fact that those mufflers are connected with the screw on castle nut like the correct 75 mufflers do. Might be some sort of custom job going on here.

Looks like a set of ‘76-77 mufflers. They shouldn’t be rotated like that. Frames are the same so not sure what’s going on there.

I’ve got a set of air boxes from a 77.
As Skull informed us, these air boxes will interchange from 1974 to 1979.

I would prefer the ones from a ‘77 as they have the hose fittings for the breather. Better than routing one side to the “chain oiler” hole in the side cover.

Thanks to everyone for their help! I started the bike up again yesterday and there is blue smoke coming from the LH cylinder. Compression in the LH is 130 psi, the right is 150 psi. Maybe it's just a stuck ring but it still has to come apart and I am not up to the task. I will list this project for sale in the "far sale" section. It starts easily, the carbs and tank are clean, new battery, and the brakes work. It has a title. $500
