Well, at least you can bend it the right way with your fingers.
That reminded me of a cheep set of drill bits I had back in the late 1960's One time I was trying to drill a hole with a 1/4 inch drill bit. Pushed a little to hard and it bent to a 90º. I then straightened it out by hand and then by pushing less hard managed to drill the hole!

Perhaps the nit was designed to drill around corners? Ya never know, those Chinese are quite clever . 😂

After almost four months of developing and constructing the many various pieces of equipment, the time finally came to put them all together and give them a practical testing. The site selected for the trial run was Riverside International Raceway, with veteran racers Phil Hill and Bob Bondurant doing the driving. The camera was mounted on a Shelby Cobra and a Ford GT-40 was used as the insert camera car.
