Not sure what it's from, but it's obviously an air-cooled engine.
Half the ducting is missing, as that big duct on the left (from a big centrifugal fan driven by the crank) is for forced-air head cooling and the offshoot that would cover the exhaust is for cabin heating..
The individual carb per cylinder makes it unusual for a factory beast.
