XS Metisse

I see a 71 Triumph twin leading shoe brake and conical hub on the black one. Bit hard to see, but the rear hub also looks like a conical hub?

I had a. 71 Triumph, polished both hubs and laced them a couple of Boranis I polished up with chrome plated spokes. By geez, best looking wheel I've ever seen. Because the hubs, particularly the rear hub, were so big and they were conical, super easy to keep polished.

The black on really does it for me. I love a black and gold bike, but I am a little biased as I currently have 3 bikes with similar color schemes. The gold touches really pairs well with the subtle undertones on the frame plating.
Reminds me of the John Player Special Lotus. One of my favorite color combinations too.

Hi I have XS power plant in my rickman Metisse this is a perfect unbelievable combination of power and handling words can not express how good it is
We need to see photos of this.

Uhm, before I forget, warm welcome to the forum, @Paul Chip Chapman. But this is one people want to see. Cheers, Raymond

I picked up my brand new Rickman Metisse frame this morning, the quality of the brazing and nickel plating is amazing. Engine is rebuilt waiting to go in, I’m in the middle of rewiring a friends 840,once that’s done my build will begin.View attachment 180538View attachment 180539
