Getting closer to completion. Need another rear fender which I ordered from DogBunny. Also ordered top and front engine mounts, thanks DogBunny. Still working on the tank.

Just got all the engine mounts installed. Put my test tank on and it started on the second try. Took it up the street and runs and shifts great.

Just got off the bike and noticed the spedo (that I just bought) does not work.

I put a drill to it. Needle does not move at all.
Only way in is with a saw on the early ones, bbbBill: you had one that had already been opened (but not repaired)....

Is there a write up on taken apart a 72 spedo? I could not find one. I did find the 70/71 one. Do you still cut the 72 like the 70/71?

I found one.
Spedo was fixed with the help of another’s glass. I still need a glass. My wife said she is going to cut a new one.
