Hello! New here. Just wanted to share my progress on my 650 build. Currently doing two XS's builds, one is my own project and the other is my good friends project I'm commissioned to build.

Engine has been torn down and sent to vapor blasting. Ordered some goodies and a PMA system from Hugh's. Also waiting for some titty bars from Zombie Performance.

In the meantime I got the frame on the welding table and starting the hardtail. Also did some casting (some needs to be redone).

Some more progress. I chopped the rear end. And received the bars from ZombiePerformance today :)

Laying out the design of the tail. I want the back to be as narrow as possible. I will probably use the original wheel (tho I wish I can find a good looking set of wheels, with disc mounts) my vision on this is to look old school with a modern touch. I will also be mounting a hydraulic clutch slave.

Thanks for the update. Nice work, stacks, fender, etc. Great photos. I like the combination of sand cast with smooth, cleaned up areas. The sand cast areas will darken as they collect dirt and grease or can be painted with the smooth foreground clean as you've done on some parts. Keep up the good work and keep us posted.
