1978 Yamaha xs650(E) 26k miles inspected until September 2023. Currently stored in garage with battery tender and treated fuel. Runs and rides. *750cc big bore kit *Performance camshaft and spring kit *Performance rockers set *32mm cable slide carburetors *Carb boots and adapters *Upgraded ignition coils *2-1 Exhaust *Cafe seat *Fuel peacocks have been replaced *Newer front tire *Brand new rear tire *New grips and levers *Stator brushes have been replaced *Goldwing bars *Newer battery Bikes runs and rides amazing. Most parts from mikes xs. I have invoices with part numbers. Only thing it could use is a voltage regulator/rectifier. Original equipment had seperate regulator and rectifier units. I have a brand new upgraded single integrated unit from mikes xs that goes with it. Original seat as well. Clean NY title. I mean I guess it’s all relative but it looks clean and has low miles…didn’t read the add very carefully but at first glance mid high 2s-mid 3s?
A well loved Special recently sold on BAT for $3500. It was one of the early Specials, '78 or '79.
