hi folks, the wife has now decided she doesnt want her xs2 project to be standard now wants a chop.
ive got everything ready eg hardtail, springer front end, handlebars, harley 21" front wheel, and 16 drop centre rear rim
the problem ive got is spokes, what spokes should i use on a 36 hole universal 16 drop centre rim ( universal rim fits triumph harley honda yamaha) and
a xs2 drum brake hub
do i get hold of xs650 special spokes or will harley spokes fit,i did this before many many years ago but for the life of me can i heck as like remember
what i did. any ideas appreciated
cheers charlie

I gather buchanans is the other side of the pond a bit far for me I'm in Liverpool uk 😂

Well the stock XS650 16" are also "drop center" so the typical heidens, MikesXS spokes should work.

cheers i was thinking standard xs special spokes would be the way to go,i will try heidens or the xs650 shop germany

Chazz you could always try Central Wheel Components in Birmingham. Had my spokes from there and they also spoke them for you. Not to far from Liverpool
