It was an air leak
I replaced the the inlet manifolds with new ones
The vacuum is strongest at idle
So that's where a very slight air leak shows up the most

Cheers Bazz, already changed mine with new. But no harm investigating air leaks again.
Just a thought, but Boyer is sensitive to voltage and needs a good strong battery. At idle the charging is at its weakest. As you roll the throttle on the charging voltage goes up. (Just my two cents.)
