Sent him $40 for luggage rack on July 22. In early August I PM'd him asking what's up. On August 12th got message "Yea man It got sent back I guess I put the address wrong will send out agin tomorrow".

Now September 2nd and still no Luggage Rack. PayPal wont let me dispute it because I didn't send the $ as for goods/services. I've PM'd and emailed him with no response. He hasn't been active here since August 20th.

Dead Beat Seller, don't so business with him.

Finally got it in the mail yesterday. That's 55 days between payment and arrival. The luggage rack was wrapped in saran wrap, allowing it to get further banged up during shipping. His ad says "chrome is in great shape", yeah I suppose the chrome that isn't covered in silver spray paint. Oh well, win some, loose some.
