XS650SH left me stranded again

My bike is back to starting on the 1st kick. It runs great.

I can’t yet speak to the current draw. When I push the start button, it lights off on the first rotation. For now, it’s working. Perhaps the starter needs a refresh.

I rode the bike at VYR, but only a half tank of gasoline. Cold start first kick. Subsequent electric foot starts were fine.

I just put a battery tester on it. CCA test good. Cranking test good. Charging test good. "GOOD BATTERY"

I'm now on the lookout for a spare pickup coil. I can't be without one of those for too long. That wasn't the first one I ever had fail.
