Help Me Help a Friend

Hey guys, after all the help I've received from this board, I am forced to ask for a little bit more. My best friend is going through some hard times with her horse. He has a displaced colon and is going to need a life saving surgery. Even though she works 40 hours a week, and another 20 or so at the farm, she is nowhere near able to afford the bill.
