Yes to both. Can't say about any others. The high side pipes were not around on a XS650 back in the 70's, that I ever seen. That has been a relatively new style, taken from the XR750.
I had a lot of trouble finding that recently, Gordon Scott (xs650exhaust.com) has made some killer ones, but I still haven't heard back from my emails to him two months ago so I'm not sure if he's still making them..
I made a set simply enough with some Pandemonium Yo Mama high pipes, a 2 into 1 collector and an reverse cone from Cone Engineering. (Coneeng.com).
I think mikesxs has a set of high right side pipes. Jemcos are also right side.
The left side exit pipes and nickel plating is just over $700 plus shipping. He indicates that the right side exit pipes allow for checking the oil level.
