Covid.

About long COVID. I recovered from it pretty quickly but fatigue lingered. I was very tired right out of the bed in the mornings. I had been taking karate for a few months and didn't feel well enough to go to practice. Finally after a week and a half Id had enough and decided to go and try and get through a practice session. After that my fatigue was gone as though I had pushed through a barrier of sorts. I know strenuous exercise is not an option for everyone but it worked for me.
I support everyone's right to decide on what does or does not go in their bodies.


Then i would argue, (respectfully), you didn't have long COVID.
 
Maybe, or would it had been LONG COVID if I had just sat back and took it easy ? IDK. I had a sinus infection and took an antibiotic and got better. I didn't have an infection.

I do respect your input and you may be right on the money.
