Part identity help !

If I was to try installing one of those I would try to get some dry ice or better yet liquid nitrogen.

For liquid nitrogen I'd check with places that supply welding gases. They may know of a customer who regularly uses it and might be able to help you. Another place would be machine shops as often they use it to facilitate the installation of press fit parts like bushings or bearings.

We used to use the Dry ice while working on off-road truck transmissions to install pins for planetary gears in their housings. I made a simple wooden box lined with 1 1/2 inch thick foam insulation. The box was made to take one or two of the "bricks" of dry ice we got from a local supplier. Drop the block in the box and lay the pins on top and close cover for half an hour or more then they would slip right in. Just be sure to wear gloves!
