If you're using the stock swingarm, using washers creates interference problems. Don't ask how I know..Question, On the sprocket bolts I see you've done away with the folding(bending) lock tabs and gone with lock washers.
This has tempted me before to do as those folding tabs are so ugly. Loctite too ? Input here please
Another option is to use wave washers - they're not as thick as lock washers.Question, On the sprocket bolts I see you've done away with the folding(bending) lock tabs and gone with lock washers.

That looks really sharp!I always use a 520 sprocket with a standard chain. That ads another 1/8" of clearance to the swing arm and shocks. The washers in the pics are just some AN washers. I`ll probably use the lock tabs as ugly as they are. The axle in the pics is almost to the front of the slot. Lots of clearance.

I installed the pentagram wheels on a mock up frame to check the fit of the caliper bracket (found 2 of them). Spacers and dust covers have turned into a small challenge. The front is a bolt on piece of cake. Also dug out some old High Pipes I started and never finished. Imagine that.
