Just noticed looking at this picture that the disc is on your ATU the wrong way. I am pretty sure that the line on the disc has to line up on the advance unit.
There is a post somewhere that pamcopete made somewhere that describes the only way it will work otherwise. Has to do with all of the pins in the advance rod being in the same position.
