That's actually pretty smart with what you did with the torque arm on the rear drum brake. My hardtail is welded where I kept the same stock sub frame you did except I made a torque arm bracket that fits behind the tube near your key ignition; however, I've been messing with spacers to get proper chain alignment and wheel tracking. Might've been smarter to have done what you did and align the chain first before fitting the torque arm and welding on the bracket.
